CloudLR (“CloudLR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a mobile-first platform that helps transporters and logistics businesses create, manage, and share digital Lorry Receipts (LR) and related operational records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the CloudLR mobile app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using CloudLR you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account and profile information. When you register as a transporter, we collect details such as your name, company/transporter name, phone number, email address, and business identifiers including GST, PAN and CIN, along with your registered address.

Operational data you enter. This includes Lorry Receipt details, consignor and consignee information, addresses, drivers, vehicles and vehicle types, materials, weights, invoice values, mode of dispatch, and E-Way Bill numbers.

Device and log data. We may collect standard technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic logs to keep the service reliable and secure.

Support communications. If you contact us for support, we retain the content of your messages and any information you provide.

• To provide and operate the CloudLR service.
• To create, store, print and share Lorry Receipts on your behalf.
• To maintain your master data (customers, drivers, addresses, vehicles).
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We process your information to perform the contract you enter into with us when you use CloudLR, to comply with applicable law, and for our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the service. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver messages, or provide analytics — under confidentiality obligations.
• Recipients you designate — e.g., when you share an LR with a consignor, consignee, driver or colleague.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of CloudLR, our users, or the public.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

We retain your account information and operational data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. You may request deletion as described in Section 8.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CloudLR is a business tool intended for use by transport professionals. It is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The app or website may link to third-party services (for example, to share an LR via WhatsApp or email). Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
